     CCCP-pretreated GV oocytes were incubated with RAB7 activator ML098 (ML-098; 0.1-1 μM; 1 h), transferred to M16 medium for an additional 12 h, and evaluated for oocyte degeneration. Compared with the complete degeneration of CCCP-treated oocytes, significant increases in oocyte survival and maturity rate were observed when ML098 was added after CCCP treatment.
