Description

GR 55562 is a selective 5-HT1B receptor antagonist. GR 55562 can be used for the research of nerve disease[1].

IC50 & Target[1]

5-HT1B Receptor

In Vivo

GR 55562 (0.1-10 μg/side) into accumbens subregions does not evoke cocaine-lever responding[1].
GR 55562 (0.1-10 μg/side) in the accumbens shell or core failed to modulate the discriminative stimulus effects of cocaine (5 mg/kg)[1].
GR 55562 (1 μg/side) significantly attenuates the enhancement of cocaine discrimination[1].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
