GSK3β/CDK5/CK1 IN-1 (Compound 1) exhibits potent inhibitory activity against human recombinant Cdk5/p35 kinase in an ADP-Glo luminescence-based Cdk5/p35 kinase assay using histone H1 as substrate with incubation at room temperature for 40 min, with pEC50 = 8.2[1].
GSK3β/CDK5/CK1 IN-1 (40 min) exhibits inhibitory activity against human recombinant GSK-3β kinase with a pEC50 of 6.9, and its inhibitory potency against GSK-3β is weaker than that against Cdk5[1].
GSK3β/CDK5/CK1 IN-1 exhibits inhibitory activity against human recombinant CK1ε kinase in an ADP-Glo luminescence-based CK1ε kinase assay using CK1 peptide substrate as the substrate after incubation at room temperature for 40 min, with pEC50 = 6.1[1].
