hCAIX-IN-24 (compound 7c) (0-100 μM; 24 h) shows anti-proliferative activity with IC₅₀s of 62.5, 0.7121, 12.11, 7.834, 2.356 μM for HDF, MeWo, LN-229, SaOS-2, HepG2 cells, respectively^[1].
hCAIX-IN-24 (62.5 μM for NHDF, 2.365 μM for HepG2) induces a significant decrease in O2^?- production in NHDF and HepG2 cells^[1].
