HuGAL-F2
Based on 1 Customer Validation
HuGAL-F2 is a human-derived antibody expressed in CHO cells, targeting FGF2. HuGAL-F2 contains a huIgG2 heavy chain and a huκ light chain, with a predicted molecular weight (MW) of 150 kDa. The isotype control for HuGAL-F2 can refer to Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99001).

Immobilized hu-FGF2-ECD-GST-6His can bind HuGAL-F2. The EC50 for this effect is 11.93 ng/mL. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 K562 cells labeling FGF2 with HuGAL-F2 (HY-P990597, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF488-conjugated Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG2 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99002, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
