INF 195
Based on 1 Customer Validation
INF 195 is an NLRP3 inhibitor. INF 195 can inhibit NLRP3 driven macrophage pyroptosis and IL-1β release, with an EC50 value of 0.15 μM. INF 195 can reduce the infarct size of isolated mouse hearts at low doses, effectively preventing myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.

INF 195 (0.1-100 μM, 72 h) can inhibit NLRP3 driven macrophage pyroptosis and IL-1 β release[1]. INF 195 (5-10 μM, 10 min) can reduce the infarct size of isolated mouse hearts at low doses, effectively preventing myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury[1]. INF 195 (10 μ M) is an ethyl ester prodrug of the active metabolite 3- (3- (2-chlorophenyl) propyl) piperidine-1 carboxylic acid, which can penetrate into H9c2 cardiomyocytes and be hydrolyzed into this active metabolite[1].
