AL-3138 acts on A7r5 cells and 3T3 cells with the EC₅₀ values of 72.2 nM and 20.5 nM, respectively. Besides, AL-3138 against fluprostenol in A7r5 cells is determined to be: K_i = 296 nM and K_b= 182 nM^[1].
