Efruxifermin (0-100 mg/kg, SC, Once weekly, for 4 or 26 weeks) reduces body weight gain of Sprague Dawley rats in a dose-dependent manner^[1].

Significantly reduced body weight gain after 4 and 26 weeks, despite increasing food intake. Markers of sympathetic activation, urinary corticosterone and ratio of adrenal-to-body weight were unchanged.
