KDM4C-IN-1 (Compound 4d) inhibits the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells after 24 h, with an IC50 value of 0.80 µM[1].
KDM4C-IN-1 (72 h) inhibits the proliferation of A549 human adenocarcinoma alveolar basal epithelial cells, with an IC50 of 1.1 µM[1].
KDM4C-IN-1 (10 µM; 60 min) exhibits high passive permeability across MDCKII-MDR1 cell monolayers (Papp (A2B) = 34.5 × 10-6 cm/sec) and is not a P-glycoprotein substrate[1].
KDM4C-IN-1 (1 µM; 0.3-60 min) exhibits extremely high metabolic stability in mouse liver microsomes, with a clearance rate of < 12.5 µL/min/mg protein[1].
