In Vitro

308-R potently inhibits SGK3, SGK1, and S6K1 kinases in vitro with IC₅₀ values of 5 nM, 10 nM, and 1 nM, respectively^[1].
308-R (1 μM; 8 h) potently suppresses NDRG1 Thr³⁴⁶ phosphorylation in HEK293 cells when combined with Akt inhibition, while 308-R (1 μM; 8 h) has minimal effect under basal conditions^[1].
