ABI793
ABI793 is a human IgG1 anti-human CD154 (CD40 ligand) monoclonal antibody. ABI793 inhibits immune response by blocking the CD154-CD40 (IC50 = 75 nM) signaling pathway. ABI793 effectively prevents kidney transplant rejection. ABI793 can be used for research on immunological rejection.

In Vitro
ABI793 inhibits CD154 and CD40 binding in a concentration dependent manner (IC50 = 75 nM)[1].
ABI793 (4 days) inhibits IL-4 stimulated B cell proliferation (IC50 = 73 nM)[1].
ABI793 (5 days) inhibits human mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) (IC50 = 320 ng/mL)[1].

In Vivo
ABI793 (20 mg/kg, i.v., on postoperative days 0, 1, 4, 11, 18, 28, 56, and 84) significantly prolongs the survival time of kidney transplantation in rhesus monkeys[2].
