BAY-163 shows no inhibitory activity against human phospholipase A2 group V (hPLA2-G5) at concentrations up to 25 μM^[1].
BAY-163 does not bind to human phospholipase A2 group V (hPLA2-G5) at concentrations up to 10 μM^[1].
BAY-163 shows no inhibitory activity against rat phospholipase A₂ group V (rPLA₂-G5) at concentrations up to 20 μM^[1].
BAY-163 shows no inhibitory activity against human cytosolic phospholipase A₂ group IVA (hPLA₂-G4A) or human phospholipase A₂ group VII (hPLA₂-G7) at concentrations up to 20 μM^[1].
BAY-163 shows no inhibitory activity against human secretory phospholipase A2 group IIA (hPLA2-G2A) at concentrations up to 20 μM, and weak inhibitory activity against human secretory phospholipase A2 group X (hPLA2-G10) with an IC₅₀ of 14.3 μM^[1].
BAY-163 shows no inhibitory activity against phospholipase A2 group V (PLA2-G5) in THP-1 cells^[1].
