BC8-15
BC8-15 is a PDE inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.28, 0.22, and 6.46 µM for inhibiting PDE8A, PDE4A, and PDE7A, respectively. BC8-15 can enhance steroidogenesis in mouse Leydig cells.
