CDK8 ligand 2
CDK8 ligand 2 is a steroidal CDK8 and CDK19 inhibitor with IC50 values of 16 nM and 8 nM, respectively. CDK8 ligand 2 shows no activity against NEK1 (IC50 >10,000 nM). As a target protein ligand, CDK8 ligand 2 is used for the synthesis of the CDK8 PROTAC degrader (HY-111518).
