D 15414 is an estrogen receptor ligand and the hydroxylated metabolite of Zindoxifene (HY-106056). D 15414 binds to estrogen receptors and mediates estrogen-like cellular responses. D 15414 (0.01-10 μM; 7 days) inhibits the growth of MCF-7 human breast cancer cells in a concentration-dependent manner following 7 days of incubation^[2].

Others

D 15414 (0.1-10 nM; 48 h) fully induces progesterone receptor synthesis in MCF-7 human breast cancer cells, with an ED₅₀ of 0.8 nM^[1].
D 15414 (0.1-100 nM; 5 days) fully stimulates the proliferation of MCF-7 human breast cancer cells, with an ED₅₀ of 0.6 M^[1].
D 15414 (1-100 nM; 6 days) fully stimulates prolactin synthesis in primary Sprague-Dawley rat pituitary cells, with an ED₅₀ of 2.8 nM^[1].
