Propanil (Standard) is the analytical standard of Propanil (HY-B2030). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Propanil is an orally active immunotoxic Herbicide. Propanil causes delayed and sustained loss of CTL lytic function, as well as irreversible impairment of secondary/tertiary CTL responses. Propanil inhibits PHA-induced increases in IL-10, IFN-gamma, IL-2, and intracellular calcium, as well as anti-CD3-induced IL-10 and IFN-gamma release. Propanil induces splenomegaly, thymic atrophy, bone marrow toxicity, and hemoglobin oxidation. Propanil can be used in research on methemoglobinemia and anemia, as well as liver injury.
