RAF-IN-1 is a RAF inhibitor with IC50 values of 29.4 nM, 3.8 nM, and 36 nM against human recombinant bRAFV600E, cRAF, and bRAFWT enzymes, respectively. RAF-IN-1 suppresses RAF enzymatic activity and reduces cancer cell proliferation. RAF-IN-1 can be used for cancer research.
