CD70 (TNFSF7) is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the tumor necrosis factor superfamily and serves as the specific ligand for CD27. It mediates T and B cell activation, proliferation, and immune regulation; notably, it is aberrantly overexpressed in various tumors, making it a highly promising target for cancer immunotherapy.
