Description

NZ-107 is an orally active leukotriene receptor antagonist. NZ-107 can inhibit anaphylaxis reaction. NZ-107 can be used for the researches of inflammation and immunology[1].

In Vivo

NZ-107 (50 mg/kg for i.p. or 100 mg/kg for p.o.) suppresses 48-h homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis reaction and Histamine (HY-B1204)-, Leukotriene C4 (HY-113446)- and Leukotriene D4 (HY-113456)-induced skin reactions in rats[1].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
