Pabulenol
Pabulenol is a linear furanocoumarin derivative with anti-proliferative, cytotoxic and anti-platelet aggregation activities. Pabulenol inhibits the proliferation of lymphoma cells and platelet aggregation. Pabulenol can be used in relevant studies on T-cell lymphoma, hypertension and thrombotic diseases such as atherosclerosis.

Biological Activity
Pabulenol (72 h) inhibits proliferation of L5178Y PAR and L5178Y MDR mouse T-cell lymphoma cells with IC50 values of 30.47 μM and 29.28 μM, respectively, after 72 h of incubation[1].
Pabulenol (24 h) induces cytotoxicity in L5178Y PAR mouse T-cell lymphoma cells and NIH/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells with IC50 values of 51.32 μM and 54.09 μM, respectively[1].
Pabulenol (2-20 μM; 10 min) does not inhibit the ABCB1 efflux pump in L5178Y MDR mouse T-cell lymphoma cells, as shown by FAR values of 0.82 and 0.75, respectively[1].
