In Vivo

PROTAC AR Degrader-5 (compound A46) (100, 200, 400, 800 µg + 12 µg TP; Skin application; daily for 21 days) inhibits sebaceous plaque in golden hamster^[1].
PROTAC AR Degrader-5 (5, 10, 30 mg/ml +DHT 30 mpk; 150 µL; Skin application; 2 times a day for 17 days) induces hair regeneration in C57BL/6N mice^[1].
