RAF-IN-1 

RAF-IN-1 is a RAF inhibitor. RAF-IN-1 suppresses RAF enzymatic activity and reduces cancer cell proliferation. RAF-IN-1 can be used for cancer research^[1].

RAF-IN-1 (Compound 1) (1 h) potently inhibits purified human recombinant bRAF^V600E enzyme with an IC₅₀ of 29.4 nM^[1].
RAF-IN-1 potently inhibits purified human recombinant cRAF enzyme with an IC₅₀ of 3.8 nM^[1].
RAF-IN-1 inhibits purified human recombinant bRAF^WT enzyme with an IC₅₀ of 36 nM^[1].
RAF-IN-1 potently inhibits proliferation of KRAS^G12C mutant H358 human non-small cell lung cancer cells with a GI₅₀ of 3.4 μM and minimized paradoxical activation^[1].
RAF-IN-1 inhibits proliferation of bRAF^V600E mutant A375 human melanoma cells with a GI₅₀ of 2.9 μM^[1].
