All Toll-like Receptor (TLR) Isoforms :

In Vivo

Ruzotolimod (100 mg/kg; p.o.; once every 2 days) combined with RO-7049389 can achieve sustained viral load suppression and reduce the HBsAg level to the lower limit of quantification (in some animals) in the AAV-HBV mouse model^[3].
Ruzotolimod (30-120 mg/kg; p.o.; every other day; 24-week monotherapy or 14-week combination treatment with Entecavir (HY-13623)) can inhibit viral replication, cause the disappearance of viral antigens, and induce seroconversion in some woodchucks, and also induce a sustained antiviral response in some animals in the woodchuck model infected with woodchuck hepatitis virus (WHV)^[4].
