Sunakiment
Sunakiment (AZD-8630) is a humanized IgG1λ monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), which enables direct airway delivery via a dry powder inhaler formulation. Sunakiment binds to TSLP and blocks its pro-inflammatory signal transduction. It is applicable to research on refractory asthma, asthma, and moderate-to-severe asthma.
