Torin 1 (Standard) is the analytical standard of Torin 1 (HY-13003). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Torin 1 is a potent inhibitor of mTOR with an IC50 of 3 nM. Torin 1 inhibits both mTORC1/2 complexes with IC50 values between 2 and 10 nM. Torin 1 is an effective inducer of autophagy.
