In Vitro

Tubulin polymerization-IN-85 shows anti-proliferative activity against HeLa, HepG2, MCF-7 and A549 cells with IC50 values of 0.08, 0.21, 0.27 and 0.32 μM, while has low toxicity to normal renal epithelial 293T cells (IC50 = 187 μM)[1].
