Fluretofen

Fluretofen (LY 93819) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) compound. Fluretofen is efficiently converted into an active arylacetic acid metabolite in vivo, and blocks prostaglandin biosynthesis by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX), which is commonly used in pharmacological research related to inflammation and pain.
