VEGFR-2-IN-62 (Compound 3f) (0.08 μM; 24 h) can induce apoptosis in MCF-7 cells, significantly increasing Bax levels and downregulating Bcl2 levels, while greatly increasing the Bax/Bcl2 ratio^[1].
VEGFR-2-IN-62 exhibits antiproliferative activity against HepG2, MCF-7 and VERO human tumor cell lines, with IC₅₀ values of 0.17, 0.08 and 1.98 μM, respectively^[1].
VEGFR-2-IN-62 (2.3μM; 24 h) can arrest the MCF-7 cell cycle at the G2-M phase^[1].
