Description

Vulinacimab (HLX-06) is a human monoclonal antibody directed against human vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR-2). Vulinacimab specifically binds to and inhibits VEGFR-2, which may inhibit tumor angiogenesis and tumor cell proliferation. Vulinacimab can be used for the research of solid tumors and non-small cell lung cancer[1].

In Vivo

Vulinacimab (25 mg/kg; i.p.; twice a week for 6 weeks) monotherapy has no antitumor activity in A549 xenograft models, but exhibits potent antitumor activity when used in combination with HLX07[1].
