     Immunoblots of cell lysates from SK-Br-3 and NCI-N87 cells treated with IgG, Trastuzumab, Pertuzumab, tras+pert, or KJ015 at a final concentration of 50 nM for 24 h. Extra groups of anbenitamab and zanidatamab were added at the same concentration in MDA-MB-175 cells. Actin served as the loading control. T: trastuzumab, P: pertuzumab, T+P: tras+pert, Anbe: anbenitamab, Zani: zanidatamab.
