Description

Nav1.7-IN-2 is an inhibitor of voltage-gated sodium channels (Nav), in particular Nav 1.7, with IC50 of 80 nM. IC50 value: 80 nM Target: Nav 1.7 Nav1.7-IN-2 is useful for the treatment of diseases treatable by inhibition of these channels, in particular, chronic pain disorder.
