AGN-190121
AGN-190121 is a selective RARβ/γ retinoid agonist that inhibits IL-6 expression and cell proliferation in cancer cells by antagonizing NF-IL6. AGN-190121 can be used for the research of Kaposi's sarcoma.

AGN-190121 (0-1 μM; 5 days) inhibits the proliferation of KS-29 cells in vitro with an IC50 of 50 nM; it also inhibits the proliferation of KS-59 cells with an IC50 of 100 nM[1].
AGN-190121 (1 μM; 36 h) inhibits NF-IL6-dependent gene expression via RARα and RARβ in transfected HeLa cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
