Anti-Mouse CD11a Antibody (FD441.8) can neutralize CD11a also known as LFA-1α (lymphocyte function-associated antigen 1 alpha). Anti-Mouse CD11a Antibody (FD441.8) can be used for the researches of inflammation, immunology and cancer, such as transplant and leukemia.

Anti-Mouse CD11a Antibody (FD441.8) (300 μg, i.v., at day of hapten-challenge) inhibits CXCL1 production in dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) sensitized wild-type mice[2].
Anti-Mouse CD11a Antibody (FD441.8) (T cells pretreated with 50 μg/mL FD441.8 for 30 mins) enhances lung egress and trafficking to the bone marrow in mice[3].
