LF39 exhibits potent antiproliferative activity against HCT116 (IC₅₀ = 0.48 μM) and HT-29 (IC₅₀ = 0.55 μM) colorectal cancer cells^[1].
LF39 preferentially inhibited CRC cells SW480 and LoVo (IC₅₀ = 1.332 and 0.668 μM), while showing weaker effects on normal NCM460 cells (IC₅₀ = 1.968 μM)^[1].
LF39 (0.625-5 μM) inhibits p-STAT3 (Tyr705) in HCT116 cells in a dose-dependent manner without affecting total STAT3^[1].
