BE21349 (0.01-100 μM; 48 h) demonstrates broad, potent antiproliferative activity across the NCI-60 human tumor cell line panel, with submicromolar GI50 values in multiple leukemia, melanoma, central nervous system, and ovarian cell lines, and exhibits both cytostatic (TGI) and cytotoxic (LC50) effects in a large subset of tested cell lines[1].

Reported TGI values ranging from 0.33−79.43 μM, with 26 cell lines showing TGI < 10 μM.
Observed LC50 values < 100 μM in 18 cell lines, ranging from 0.66-91.2 μM.
Recorded IC50 values < 1 μM in 6 cell lines, with an additional 25 cell lines showing single-digit micromolar IC50 values.
