Apoptosis inducer 61 (1.56-200 μM; 48 h) potently inhibits the viability of MCF-7, MDA-MB-231 and HGC-27 cancer cells, with IC50 values of 5.61 μM, 8.18 μM and 5.68 μM, respectively; this compound exhibits selective toxicity toward cancer cells compared to non-malignant CCD-1072Sk cells[1].
Apoptosis inducer 61 (5.61 μM (MCF-7), 8.18 μM (MDA-MB-231); 48 h) induces apoptosis in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells[1].
