Cyetpyrafen
Cyetpyrafen is a pyrazole insecticide/acaricide with broad-spectrum insecticidal activity. Cyetpyrafen binds to DhelOBP4 (Ki = 4.95 μM) and DhelOBP21 (Ki = 5.51 μM) to mediate olfactory recognition in *Cryptolaemus montrouzieri*. Cyetpyrafen induces dose-dependent electroantennogram responses in *Cryptolaemus montrouzieri* and exhibits repellent effects on the species. Cyetpyrafen has bioaccumulative properties, is rapidly and passively absorbed by the roots of lettuce and rice, reaches a steady state within 24 h, preferentially accumulates in roots, and shows limited xylem/phloem translocation.

Activité biologique
Cyetpyrafen (1.12 mg/L; 1-96 h) is rapidly taken up by Oryza sativa (rice) and Lactuca sativa (lettuce) roots, reaching steady state within 24 h, with preferential accumulation in roots (average RCFs 1290 mL/g for rice, 1730 mL/g for lettuce) and poor translocation to shoots, and is eliminated more slowly from lettuce roots than rice roots[2].
Cyetpyrafen (5 mg/L; 3-96 h) does not undergo phloem-mediated translocation in Oryza sativa seedlings, as it cannot migrate from exposed roots to unexposed roots or shoots[2].
Cyetpyrafen (1.12 mg/L; 24-96 h) exposure induces significant increases in the activities of CYP450, POD, CarE, GT, and GST in rice and lettuce roots, indicating these enzymes mediate the metabolic transformation of cyetpyrafen in plants[2].
Cyetpyrafen is predicted to be very toxic to fish and highly toxic to daphnid and green algae, with several of its phase I metabolites (M-391, M-409-1/2, M-407) exhibiting similar ecotoxicity levels, while phase II metabolites show reduced toxicity[2].
