CAN10 (WT IgG1) is a monoclonal antibody targeting IL1RAP that retains the native, wild-type IgG1 Fc structure and has not undergone any engineered modifications. Unlike CAN10 (HY-P991267A), CAN10 (WT IgG1) does not contain the L234A and L235A mutations. CAN10 can be used in research concerning immune system disorders (such as systemic sclerosis).

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 HepG2 cells labeling IL1R3 with CAN10 (HY-P991267, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 for an hour at 4℃. AF488-conjugated Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
