Fluoroclebopride
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Fluoroclebopride is a Dopamine receptor ligand with a binding Ki of 0.95 nM for the dopamine D2 receptor and a binding Ki of 5.46 nM for the dopamine D3 receptor. When radiolabeled with 18F, Fluoroclebopride can be used to detect the availability of dopamine D2 and D3 receptors in the caudate nucleus and putamen of primates.

In Vivo
Fluoroclebopride Chronic extensive tropane alkaloid stimulant self-administration produces a persistent >20% reduction in striatal dopamine D2 receptor availability, as measured by Fluoroclebopride PET, that does not reverse even after more than 7 months of enforced abstinence[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Result:Showed baseline [18F]fluoroclebopride DVRs in the caudate nucleus of 5 monkeys ranging from 2.22 to 3.07, and baseline putamen DVRs ranging from 2.78 to 3.29.
Exhibited post-treatment striatal (mean of caudate nucleus and putamen) DVR changes where monkeys with relatively low baseline DVRs showed increased DVR values, while monkeys with the highest baseline DVRs showed decreased DVR values across the 5 tested monkeys.
Demonstrated that 2 out of 9 total studied monkeys deviated from the general baseline-dependent DVR change pattern.
