Biological Activity
Cylic-DAP (Formula XXXIII) (2 μmol; 4-24 h) is degraded by spleen cyclic phosphodiesterase to its 2'-nucleotide, with 12% degradation observed after 24 hours at 37°C in pH 7.0 buffer[1].
