AB25583 inhibits ATPase activity of Polθ-hel, inhibits microhomology-mediated end joining (MMEJ) expression, hinders the DNA repair process, thereby leading to DNA damage accumulation, especially in cancer cells with BRCA1/2 deficiency[1].
AB25583 (0-10 μM, 24 h) causes the phosphorylation of γH2AX in MDA-MB-436 cell (BRCA1 KO mutant), inhibits the cell survival of MDA-MB-436, reduces the colony density[1].
