Melrilimab (GSK 3772847; CNTO-7160) is a humanized IgG2σ monoclonal antibody that targets the IL-33 receptor ST2 and blocks the IL-33/ST2 signaling pathway by binding to the ST2 protein. Melrilimab is applicable to research related to asthma and atopic dermatitis.
