Temtokibart (ARGX-112) is a monoclonal antibody and also an IL-22RA1 inhibitor. Temtokibart inhibits the signal transduction of IL-22, IL-20 and IL-24. Temtokibart reduces the expression levels of inflammatory proteins, chemokines, immune cell migration and markers of activated immune pathways. Temtokibart improves the expression of genes related to immunity and epidermal barrier function. Temtokibart is applicable to research on moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.

Immobilized IL-22R alpha 1 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc, HY-P77967) can bind Temtokibart. The EC50 for this effect is 5.511 ng/mL. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5×106 HT-29 cells labeling Temtokibart (HY-P990016, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 lambda2 Isotype Control (HY-P990096, blue) was used as the isotype control.
