All DNA Methyltransferase Isoforms :

DNMT3A-IN-4 (compound 6o) (100-320 μM; 1 h) preferentially inhibits recombinant human DNMT3A/3L over DNMT1, and shows only weak inhibitory activity against DNMT1 even at concentrations as high as 320 μM^[1].
DNMT3A-IN-4 (25-150 μM; 24-72 h) does not reduce the viability of HCT116 colorectal cancer cells^[1].
DNMT3A-IN-4 (100 μM; 24 h) does not reduce the protein abundance of DNMT1 or DNMT3A in HCT116 colorectal cancer cells^[1].
