DYRK2 ligand 2
DYRK2 ligand 2 is a curcumin analog and an inhibitor targeting DYRK2, which serves as a ligand for target protein for PROTAC against DYRK2. DYRK2 ligand 2 is applicable to studies related to PROTAC synthesis, such as for PROTAC DYRK2 degrader-2 (HY-186287).

Biological Activity

DYRK2 19 nM (IC50) |
DYRK2 4.7 μM (Kd) |
DYRK2 ligand 2 (compound 8A2) binds to purified DYRK2 protein with a Kd value of 4.7 μM, and inhibits the kinase activity of purified DYRK2 with an IC50 of 19 nM[1].
DYRK2 ligand 2 can be used to synthesize PROTAC DYRK2 degrader-2 (HY-186287). PROTAC DYRK2 degrader-2 is a PROTAC-based DYRK2 degrader derived from curcumin analog A3. It recruits the CRBN E3 ligase to mediate the ubiquitination of DYRK2, leading to degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome system[1].
