Biological Activity
Pratialin B (Compound 10) (10 μM) weakly inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced NO production in BV2 cells, with a 41.5% maximum inhibition rate[1].
Pratialin B (10 μM) is inactive against Fe2+-cysteine induced rat liver microsomal lipid peroxidation[1].
Pratialin B (10 μM) is inactive against HIV-1 replication[1].
