IBI321

IBI321 is an antibody inhibitor targeting PD-1 and TIGIT. IBI321 simultaneously blocks the PD-1-PD-L1/PD-L2 and TIGIT-CD155 inhibitory pathways, restoring T/NK cell antitumor function and promoting IL-2 production in primary human T cells. IBI321 can be used in cancer-related research.
