SCP-7
SCP-7 is a STAT3 inhibitor with a Kd value of 795 nM. SCP-7 induces mitochondrial dysfunction, increases ROS levels and promotes apoptosis. SCP-7 induces G2/M phase arrest of the cell cycle. SCP-7 inhibits the proliferation, migration and colony formation of colorectal cancer cells. SCP-7 suppresses tumor growth in a mouse xenograft model of colorectal cancer. SCP-7 is applicable to research related to colorectal cancer.

SCP-7 (48 h) potently inhibits the viability of HCT116 and HT29 colorectal cancer cells with IC50 values of 3.84 μM and 1.58 μM, respectively, and exhibits reduced activity against normal HEK-293T cells[1].
SCP-7 (48 h) inhibits the proliferation of HCT116 and HT29 colorectal cancer cells[1].
SCP-7 (72 h) concentration-dependently inhibits colony formation by HCT116 and HT29 colorectal cancer cells[1].
SCP-7 (0.25 μM-1 μM; 12 h, 24 h) inhibits the migration of HCT116 and HT29 colorectal cancer cells[1].
SCP-7 (48 h) induces apoptosis in HCT116 and HT29 colorectal cancer cells, as evidenced by increased apoptotic cell proportions and altered expression of BAX, Bcl-2, Mcl-1, and survivin[1].
SCP-7 (2.5 μM-10 μM; 48 h) induces mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress in HCT116 and HT29 colorectal cancer cells[1].
SCP-7 (2.5 μM-10 μM; 48 h) induces G2/M phase cell cycle arrest in HCT116 and HT29 colorectal cancer cells, accompanied by reduced cyclin B1 and CDK1 expression[1].
