Graviquinone

Graviquinone is a Chk1 inhibitor. Graviquinone exhibits potent cytotoxicity against various cancer cell lines. Graviquinone possesses the characteristics of bypassing ABCB1-mediated multidrug resistance, selectively damaging cancer cell DNA, and regulating the DNA damage response.
