Heliquinomycin (18 h) shows strong inhibitory activity against Gram-positive bacteria strains with MIC values of 0.1-0.39 μM[1].
Heliquinomycin inhibits the growth of HeLa S3, LI210 leukemia, IMC,carcinoma, B16 meranoma cells, with IC50s of 0-1.6 μg/mL[1].
Heliquinomycin (30 and 100 μg/mL) inhibits topoisomerase II and I enzymes activity[2].
